Ground Up Mulching

Beds that look done, from the ground up.

Bulk mulch delivered and installed across Chattanooga and the valley. We measure, we spread, we edge, and we haul off the mess.

Free estimates. Most yards done in a single morning.

What we do

Five things, done properly, for people who would rather not spend Saturday moving forty bags of mulch one at a time.

Bulk Mulch Delivery

By the yard, dumped where you want it — not bagged, not stacked in your driveway by mistake.

We haul double-ground hardwood, dyed black, dyed brown, red, pine bark and natural cedar. Minimum two yards, and we will tell you honestly how many you need if you send a photo and a rough measurement.

From $55/yd delivered

Mulch Installation

We spread it, edge it, and haul off what is left. You do not touch a rake.

Beds get raked out and leveled before anything goes down, so the new mulch sits flat instead of following last year's lumps. Depth is two to three inches — enough to hold moisture and smother weeds, not so much that it suffocates roots.

From $95/yd installed

Bed Edging & Prep

A cut trench edge that holds its line through a season of rain.

A hand-cut spade edge is what makes a bed look finished, and it keeps mulch in the bed instead of in the lawn. We can also reshape tired beds or cut new ones.

From $2.50/linear ft

Seasonal Cleanup & Hauloff

Leaves, limbs, and the old beds cleared out before the new mulch goes down.

Spring and fall cleanups — leaves out of the beds, brush hauled away, everything blown down before the new mulch goes on. Usually booked together with an install.

How a job goes

  1. You call or email

Tell us roughly what you have. A photo of the beds is usually enough for a number over the phone.

  2. We measure

We walk the property, measure the beds, and tell you how many yards it actually takes. Often it is fewer than you thought.

  3. We do the work

Beds raked and edged, mulch spread two to three inches, everything blown clean.

  4. We haul it off

Old debris, empty bags, our footprints. You come home to finished beds.

Everything is bulk. If you want something we do not stock, we can usually source it with a few days' notice.
